Traditional Stuffed Clams
Vegetable bread stuffing, lightly fried and finished in the oven.
Cheese pizza topped with fresh mashed potatoes, monterey, jack and cheddar cheese, smoked bacon bits and scallions.
Irish Style Nachos
Hand peeled potato skins, deep fried and topped with diced bacon, tomatoes, scallions and cheddar jack cheese, oven baked and served with a side of salsa and sour cream.
May’s Potato Cakes
Mashed potato, scallions, cheese and bacon lightly floured and fried, then oven baked and served over dressed baby spinach with creamy horseradish sauce.
Served with celery, carrots and blue cheese dressing.
Lightly breaded chicken tenders, deep fried and served with a side of sweet and sour dipping sauce.
